2016 is over and it's time to get back to work! 2016 has been a fantastic year with my first big exhibition at Fotografiska Museum of Photography in Stockholm as well as the release of my first book "Imagine". I unexpectedly became the nature photographer of the year in Sweden and also became Hasselblad- and Eizo ambassador.
Upcoming Personal Work
I didn't have time work as much as I wanted on new personal work but I managed to produce at least six new pieces throughout the year. I did however manage to shoot a lot of new material that you will see the result of in the first half of 2017! Senja in Norway and Bohemian Switzerland in Czech Republic where the top locations I traveled to. I have about 4-5 photos that I basically have all the material I need to put together and I hope to find time for that in the next weeks and months. The plan is to try to publish one new piece each month in the first half of 2017. I'm planning to do another behind the scenes video of one of them as well so stay tuned there is a lot coming up.
In 2016 I also started selling limited edition prints. In addition to the limited- and open edition prints I've also been selling a charity print to bring in money to the The Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation. We donate 50% of the sale price directly to the fund. In 2016 we sold 46 charity prints bringing in a total of 2 250 USD ( 2 138 = Euro ) to the fund. It was the most single sold print of 2016 so thank you so much for your support! Link to print here: Endless Stories
